R-W-C Policy

(Retractions, Withdrawals, and Corrections)
Journal of Regenerative Development

1. Retractions

·        An article may be retracted if there is evidence of significant errors, ethical violations, or academic misconduct, including but not limited to plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or duplicate publication.

·        Retractions are issued following a thorough investigation by the editorial board and/or relevant authorities.

·        Once retracted, the article remains in the journal's archive with a clear notice stating that it has been retracted and the reason for the retraction.

·        A formal retraction notice will be published and indexed to maintain transparency and academic integrity.

2. Withdrawals

·        Authors may request to withdraw their manuscript prior to final publication, provided there are valid reasons such as errors in the manuscript or personal/legal concerns.

·        Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the editorial office and approved by all co-authors.

·        Once an article has been officially published, it cannot be withdrawn but may be retracted if necessary under the retraction policy.

·        Withdrawn manuscripts will not be published and will not appear in the journal's archives or indexes.

3. Corrections

·        If a minor error is identified in a published article that does not alter the main conclusions, the editorial team may issue a correction (erratum or corrigendum).

·        Corrections may involve factual clarifications, data updates, or typographical adjustments that are necessary for accurate understanding.

·        All corrections will be clearly linked to the original article and made available to readers in the interest of transparency.

·        The original article will remain unchanged except where clearly indicated in the correction notice.
